This all depends on your project. When you contact InsideTrending, we take you through a strategy session where the consultant will determine how many hours you should invest. If you don’t have a budget in mind, we will provide you with one. In our proposals, we provide a breakdown of the steps needed to achieve your goals and explain where your hours will be budgeted. The great thing about our working relationship is that the expectation is always set. If you need more services outside of our working relationship, we simply bill by the hour.
Billable time is anytime our team works on a task for your creative project including website design, development, copywriting, SEO management, PPC campaign build outs, social media marketing, and strategy sessions. What we do not considered billable time are onboarding meetings, monthly group calls, communication, support, revisions, and any issues created by us that needs to be fixed by InsideTrending.
Our hourly calculations are determined by your goals and desired results. Ultimately, we are focused on getting you the results you need by truly understanding your organization’s accomplish list. The hours we invest directly concentrate on this list of goals. Also, the timeline of your budget will determine how and when you achieve your desired result. In other words, the more hours you invest, the faster we can get to your desired result; the fewer hours you invest, the longer it is going to take to get your goal. We can move at any pace and we will provide recommendations based on the seasonality of your business.
Yes and No. If you sign up for the InsideTrending marketing system, advertising is included without any additional percentage retainer.
If you’re only service with InsedeTrending is paid media, then yes. We charge a 30% fee for paid media services outside of the InsideTrending marketing system.
InsideTrending uses time tracking throughout the organization to report time reporting to the client.
The time reporting not only shows the overall time spent on the account, but also shows the tasks that were completed throughout the alloted hours.
